Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We primarily serve B2B customers with bulk orders of smart pet products. As such, all sales are considered final once a formal purchase agreement or invoice is confirmed.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receipt.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or invoice.

Custom-branded or white-label items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged in transit.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products customized with your logo or brand
  • Used items
  • Products returned beyond 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment or arrange a product replacement. Refund processing may take several business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with photos and details of the issue. Exchanges will be sent after return confirmation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for high-value items. We are not responsible for lost returns.
